I make videos on the internet...I guess?
So I made an end slate for my videos and was just wondering what you guys thought about it, Maybe tell me something I can improve on? :3

Very nice! I like it a lot. But why are your social media links different sizes? To that point, why are they there at all? Unless you've got some major web-savvy, you can't even link annotations to social media except Google+.

Maybe you're planning on adding your username below each logo?
 
As said before, the social icons should be in the same sizes. You should maybe have a look at your "Previos Video"-text, it looks pixelated. And try to keep the social icons in the same style :)
Otherwise, very good job with putting the colorscheme together, it works very well.

Different sizes because I was just playing with photoshop, I was planning to have 'Links below' Written under it but Photoshop trial ran out >-<

Yeah, I was just playing around with photoshop so this won't be my permanent one of a long shot xD The text is actually made like that for some reason, and thanks I just kinda put the colours together and hoped for the best :P
 
If you google "brand" + "logo" + facebook/twitter/tumblr/etc. you'll inevitable find the company's official, preferred ways to use their logos and branding, as well as PDFs of their logos for you to use.

They all have some silly rules, but using the proper branding makes you look pro. :)

Just because I'm feeling nice today, then I'll go have a look if I can find the name of the font you used. Because if you got the font, then you can do the text in very clear non-pixelated text ;-)
If you're into it, then have a look in the branding section here on YTTalk. I posted a tread last night with some different photoshop templates for different social networks ;-)
