So...
Got bored and wanted an opinion on something, Please bear in mind I cannot shade to save my life.

It's very cute If you don't mind some suggestions: be careful when filling in the color. Some parts are still white (like the tips of the hair). I always have to remind myself to check the little spots that a fill tool can often miss. Since the outline and shirt are solid black, it's hard to see where the arm begins and the shirt ends (if you get what I mean XD). Maybe change the outline in between black x black areas to white to help differentiate the sections. It's not bad though And don't worry about shading, that can always come later (or not at all, plenty of artists just use flats or lines and they work just as well). Keep drawing!

It takes a lot of practice. Learning how to use a tablet took me a good while. Just keep at it and draw as often as you can

some tips.
if you are using ms paint, don't.
very few people can make that look good.
try SAI paint tool.

plus try to give more time on selecting your colors.
even if it were a poopy drawing (which it is not) it would look so much better with some more themed colors (example would be like pastel colors)
